Creating the Registration Form Landing Page

Create a Registration Landing Page to host and submit your registration forms by following these steps:

  1. This will be the link you share with others to access the Registration forms you set up. You can easily copy the URL by clicking the paper sheets icon. The system automatically generates this link, and it cannot be changed.
  2. Your landing page can display your organization or district logo. Drag your logo into the dashed box or click "click to upload image" to browse files. The logo must be under 400 x 400 pixels and 200 KB.
  3. Enter your landing page heading, such as "[Program/District Name] Forms Page."
  4. Write overall instructions for users so they know how to use the registration forms. These instructions could explain which form to use for which program, when deadlines are, etc. You can return to this section to edit the instructions after completing the other parts of the form setup. As the red asterisk indicates, this is a required field, so enter something now as a placeholder.
  5. In Step 2 of form setup, set a submission deadline for each form. After this date, a message will show that applications are closed. Enter your desired text in the Registration closed message field.

Click Save when completed.
