How to Reset a User's Password

To reset a user's password, click the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
 
In the Settings menu, click Users.
 
Menu options may vary based on role.

This opens the Users list. The existing users' Names, Emails, and Last Sign In dates are visible. Clicking on a heading will sort the list by that heading. To quickly find a user, you can type in part of their name or email and the list will be filtered down to match your criteria.
   
To reset the password for a non-SSO user, click the key icon to the right of the user's information.

Clicking the key icon opens a message window. Then, clicking the Reset Password button sends an email with a reset link. Users must follow this link to reset their password; otherwise, they'll be prompted to reset it upon their next login.

SSO users will not have a key icon next to their name since their credentials are managed through Single Sign-On.
